A pickleball coaching retreat
6yGroup organizes and runs a 7-night pickleball coaching retreat at Namia River Retreat in Hội An, Vietnam, from 13 to 20 March 2027, for about 12 adult guests.
What we sell
One retreat: Travwell Hội An Pickleball Wellness Retreat 2027. Travwell presents the retreat; 6yGroup, LLC sells it and takes your payment.
- A coaching clinic with court time.
- A resort stay at Namia River Retreat, two guests to a villa.
- Meals: breakfast every day at the resort, a catered lunch on every retreat day, and a welcome dinner and a farewell dinner.
- The retreat page lists everything the price includes. Anything not listed there is not included.
Every guest plays pickleball and is 18 or older. Flights and other travel costs are not part of the retreat.
Booking and payment
- A deposit of $1,500 holds your place. The deposit is not refundable.
- The balance is due by Friday 11 December 2026. If you book after that date, you pay in full when you book.
- You can pay by card or by bank transfer. There is no surcharge for paying by card.
- You accept the booking terms when you tick the box at checkout and make your first payment.
Cancellations and refunds
- If you cancel before you have paid in full, we keep your deposit. Once you have paid in full, nothing is refunded if you cancel or don’t come. You may pass your place to someone else at any time.
- If we cancel, we tell you as soon as we decide and refund every dollar you paid us.
- If the retreat can’t happen because of a typhoon, a flood, a travel ban or a similar event, we refund what you paid us, less card and bank fees, within 90 days.
- Travel insurance covering medical treatment and emergency evacuation in Vietnam is required. We strongly recommend trip-cancellation insurance as well.
