1. Who you are booking with. The retreat is sold by 6yGroup, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, which takes your payment. Travwell presents the retreat. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean 6yGroup, LLC.

2. Who can join. Every guest plays pickleball and is 18 or older. There are no non-playing companions.

3. Rooms. Two guests share each villa. If you book on your own, we pair you with another guest. Single occupancy is not available on this retreat.

4. What’s included. The retreat page lists what the price includes. Anything not listed there is not included.

5. Deposit. A deposit of $1,500 holds your place on the retreat. The deposit is not refundable.

6. Balance. The balance is due by Friday 11 December 2026. If you book after that date, you pay in full when you book. You can pay by card or by bank transfer. There is no surcharge for paying by card.

7. If you cancel. If you cancel before you have paid in full, we keep your deposit. Once you have paid in full, nothing is refunded if you cancel or don’t come. You may pass your place to someone else at any time. That is an arrangement between you and them, and they complete every form before the retreat. We strongly recommend trip-cancellation insurance.

8. If we cancel. If we decide not to run the retreat, we tell you as soon as we decide and refund every dollar you paid us.

9. If the retreat can’t happen for reasons beyond anyone’s control. If a typhoon, a flood, a travel ban or a similar event stops the retreat from taking place, we refund what you paid us, less card and bank fees, within 90 days.

10. Flights and travel costs. Your flights and other travel costs are your own. We don’t refund them in any case.

11. Insurance. You must have travel insurance that covers medical treatment and emergency evacuation in Vietnam for the dates of the retreat, and send us proof of it by Friday 12 February 2027. Many home health plans, including US Medicare, do not cover care abroad, so please check yours. We strongly recommend trip-cancellation insurance as well.

12. Health and fitness. You confirm that you are fit to take part, and you complete the medical form. Tell us in advance about anything that could affect your participation, such as a medical condition, limited mobility or pregnancy, and tell us in writing about any allergies or dietary needs. We pass on to the resort what it needs to know. For safety, the resort may suggest an alternative to one of its own activities, or decline to provide it.

13. Risk and waiver. Pickleball is a physical sport, and injuries can happen. You must sign the waiver before the first session. Without a signed waiver, you can’t go on court.

14. Conduct. We or the resort may remove a guest whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe. No refund is given.

15. Passport and visa. You are responsible for your passport and your Vietnam visa.

16. The resort and other suppliers. The resort, the courts and other local businesses provide their services under their own terms. Your airport transfers and the resort-arranged activities are arranged by the resort, and we pay the resort for them. We don’t own or run these businesses and are not responsible for what they do or fail to do. If you have a problem with a supplier’s service, we will help you take it up with them.

17. Photos and video. We take photos and video during the week and may use them in our marketing. If you would rather not appear, tell us on the guest-details form.

18. Your personal details. We use your passport, medical and insurance details only to run the retreat. Only the people who need them see them: the organisers, the coach, and the resort for what it needs. We delete them within 60 days after the retreat ends.

19. Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute is first taken to mediation.

20. Accepting these terms. You accept these terms when you tick the box at checkout and make your first payment.
